We, Amal Wickramarathna and Devindi Jayawardhana, set out not just to build another app, but to explore how AI could truly make a difference in the lives of job seekers across the United States. Our vision was simple: bring together job listings from multiple platforms into one intelligent, easy-to-use space, and let AI tailor the experience for every user. From headhunters and HR professionals, to fresh graduates and seasoned professionals—Workly.AI was built for all. With natural language understanding at its core, users can search in plain English, receive personalized suggestions, and stay updated with real-time job alerts. What started as a pilot has grown into a powerful tool, and we’re proud of the AI we’ve trained to match people with meaningful opportunities. This is just the beginning. At Go With Workly, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to both our mobile applications, Workly.AI and Display Clarity Pro, available or soon to be available on the App Store. Neither Workly.AI nor Display Clarity Pro collects personal information such as names, email addresses, or location data. Our apps are designed to function without requiring user login or registration, ensuring a seamless and private experience.
Workly.AI sources job listings from public platforms such as Adzuna and USAJobs and uses third-party services like Wit.ai for natural language processing, but no user-identifiable data is stored or tracked. Display Clarity Pro performs screen color tests locally on your device, with no data collected or transmitted. We may use anonymous, aggregated analytics to improve app performance and fix bugs. No trackers are used in either app. Our apps are not directed at children under 13.
